Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analysing business performance across multiple products, including sportsbook, casino, virtual games, fantasy sports, and bonus campaigns. You will collaborate closely with data analysts to develop new projects and tools, test solutions before deployment, and support stakeholders by translating data insights into actionable business strategies. Additionally, you will contribute to process optimization and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business performance at both global and detailed levels, covering sportsbook, casino, virtual games, fantasy sports, and bonus campaigns.
- Collaborate with data analysts in the development of new data-driven projects and tools.
- Test newly developed tools and provide feedback before deployment.
- Support stakeholders by translating data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Assist in process optimization and automation initiatives within the team.
- Present insights and analysis to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the betting sector, with a strong understanding of sportsbook, casino, and bonus campaigns.
- Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to transform complex data into clear insights.
- Strong skills in data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau) and Excel.
- Experience in collaborating with data analysts and technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Flexibility to work three days a week in the Warsaw office.
