JOB BRIEF
We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps methodologies, extensive experience with Kubernetes and AWS, and a passion for automation and efficiency. We are open to mid – senior level DevOps Engineer, with minimum of 2 years experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Flux CD and GitHub Actions for continuous deployment.
• Utilize Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters on AWS using Amazon EKS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Develop and maintain scripts in Python and Bash to automate tasks and streamline processes.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage container orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure using Prometheus stack for monitoring and alerting.
• Manage Kubernetes applications with Helm, including creating and deploying Helm charts and managing Helm releases.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize application performance and reliability.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in DevOps, cloud computing, and containerization.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Familiarity with Git version control system.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and tools, particularly GitHub Actions.
• Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Strong understanding of Amazon EKS and AWS services.
• Ability to script in Python and Bash.
• Experience with Docker for containerization.
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes (k8s) for container orchestration.
• Familiarity with Nginx for server management.
• Proficiency in using Prometheus stack for monitoring and alerting.
• Experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes applications.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
• Experience with EKS anywhere for managing Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments.
• Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols.
• Knowledge of AI/LLM technologies and their integration with DevOps processes.
• Familiarity with Cloudflare and security best practices for cloud environments.
• Understanding of Java programming
• Proficiency with Flux CD for continuous deployment
